Delivery

 

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of the order being accepted. During the busy Christmas season this may vary but should not be longer that 72 hours. If there is a further delay for whatever reason we will contact you.

The delivery period stated within, which you will receive your order is indicative and unless otherwise stated, not guaranteed. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

 

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you will need to contact us ( see below ) and you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any of these additional charges for customs clearance.

 

Shipping Charges – Free delivery on all UK orders over £50.00

 

For UK orders under £50.00

• Standard delivery - £4.60 ( up to 2kg ) 

• Signed for 1st class royal mail £5.20 ( up to 1kg ) 

Note :

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail which can take 3-5 working days and a signature on delivery.

Signed for 1st class should be delivered within 3 days but is not guaranteed next day.

Please note if ordered close to a ‘bank holiday’ this should be taken into account for a slightly longer delivery time.
